I'm really pleased with my screens; putting them up was a breeze. I only gave it 4 stars because the ordering part threw me off a bit, but I guess that was on me. I didn’t know I’d get charged right away when I ordered without my measurements. I was thinking of waiting until after the holidays to place the order since I didn’t want them to get messed up during the holiday chaos. But, to my surprise, they all arrived in perfect condition.

These new screens are fantastic and fit like a glove. Way better than the old aluminum frame with those flimsy plastic corners!

I own some European tilt-shift windows. I sent pictures to FlexScreen's customer support inquiring if their product would be suitable for my windows; they replied it wouldn't. However, I examined my windows closely and figured there was room for screens. So, I decided to give it a shot, placed my order, and it fits and operates perfectly. Getting the brand-name screens from Europe would have set me back several hundred bucks and taken weeks.

I had some worries about the sizing, but they fit just right and are barely noticeable from inside the home. Super glad my sister suggested these.

I tried out the FlexTenna to take measurements for the windows, and I followed the guidelines. Unfortunately, two of the screens don’t fit on the sides, and both had identical measurements for the living room windows. Even with the bumpers that came with it, the width just doesn’t work. Now we’re kinda stuck on what to do next.

These screens just won't fit or stay put in the window!!! I even got the flexscreen measuring tool, followed every single instruction, and measured more than once. I chose flexscreen to avoid installation costs, but now I'm stuck needing new screens and installation after all.

Measuring was a piece of cake with the tool, and it fit just right!! I could've had a screen custom-made for the window, which might've saved me a few bucks, but honestly, those are a hassle to install and remove. That's why I tend to put off cleaning the windows. I'm looking to order more for the other windows come Spring!

The screens look pretty decent. Just received them. There are a couple of things that could use some improvement. First off, it would be great if they included the measurements so you could just enter the actual size and it would figure out what you need. Honestly, consumers shouldn't have to do any math. I can't imagine it would be too tough to have a program for that. Also, I ordered 10 screens, and they arrived in 2 boxes, but none were labeled with their sizes. Most of the windows are quite similar in size, so it would have been super helpful to have them labeled for which window they fit.

I took your advice on the measurements. When I placed the order, you recommended going a bit bigger. Now I've got a screen that fits the opening, but it's just slightly oversized; it nearly fits, but not quite. Not the best experience, honestly.
